A House for CAM
Volcan Irazu, Cartago, Costa Rica
Weaving, the proto-pixel, is used as a technique to distill the minimal amount of information necessary to represent a family house on a hillside. The three vignettes (internal perspective, plan, and silhouette) give a scale to the structure and show its relationship with the landscape and horizon.
Media: Weaving with acrylic yarn on wood loom. Approximately 24" x 24".
